By focusing on strengthening the value chains, we do collect organic produce from our small farmers and supply to food chains, restaurants and organic market to get maximum profit for our farmers which heading to increase their income and assets.

Beside assets transfer (goats, hens and seeds for kitchen gardening) we train and support our beneficiaries to achieve year-round availability and access to diverse and nutritious food through their own agri-production.

AMDEN is the only player in market who helps to grow organic produce through chronic poor rural communities and support them to become agri-entrepreneurs in just 18 months. Our small farmers are getting certified organic producers in Pakistan to support organic food market in the region.

Our program seeks to increase women’s participation in decision at the households and community level as well as their access to income and assets which foster their leadership roles.
